Puppy Scams: ISO of Golden Retriever. Prefer a Female with Papers and a Heartbeat

I emailed that I wanted a female golden retriever.  You sent adorable pics, but your puppies’ coats were too ivory for my color palette.  

Cream dogs matter, but I need one to blend in with our flooring which is the color of fried chicken.  I hated to say no to your fluffy, mashed potato hued pups, but I want a golden retriever not a cream retriever. Quitting Smoking: Go Home, Packers!

This was the final post I made on my old blog exactly one year ago.  Today is anniversary #19, and we are still going strong and smoke free… 

We were blissful newlyweds of merely three months when my husband Harry revealed that he planned to quit smoking after Super Bowl Sunday in 1998. What?! He never even mentioned this major life decision to me. He never talked about quitting before.

“Really? You’re giving up the smokes?” I incredulously asked.
